Day 1 Tuesday 23 January
All classrooms will be open from 8am. Head straight to the classrooms to set your children up. Early years classes will have some equipment or activities out for your children to get involved in before the start of the day.

  • Ensure all items of clothing are named
  • Have book lists completed and ready for school (involve your child in organising them)
  • Get the children back into bed routines a few days before school recommences
  • If you live close to school, go for a walk together and practise crossing roads safely.

School Office Hours – The office will be open from Monday the 15th of January 2018. The schools email address will be monitored through the holiday break for emergency communication and enrolment enquiries.

Uniform Shop Opening Hours - 19th January 9am to 12pm,  20th January 9am to 12pm

Supporting children over the break – 7 weeks can be a long time between engaging with Reading and Writing. I’ve included some links for reading sites that give parents (especially in younger years) hints to reading with your children. I’ve also included a list of favourite books that may help with Christmas present buying or library visits. I’ve started a list of online books from YouTube which may also help. The main message is keep reading! I remember as an 8-year-old sitting with my brothers and Mum as she read us the Hobbit! Writing Christmas cards and lists, letters to Grandparents, blogs, postcards and journals of holiday adventures are practical ways to have kids writing over the holiday.
