Wellbeing Week

What an amazing week we had last week during our “Being Healthy is” Wellbeing week. As a community we work together to focus what it means to be healthy. Students had opportunities to discuss topics including, fitness and food choices, building confidence, resilience and strategies to deal with bullying behaviours and disagreements, respecting diversity to build a young person’s sense of belonging, and connecting to others and building positive relationships (A smile and sense of fun goes a long way!)

Following on from our wellbeing week you might like to visit the following site, the student wellbeing hub https://studentwellbeinghub.edu.au/parents/your-role#/ for tips on how to support your child at home.
