Extra Curricular Sporting Opportunities

Extra-Curricular Sports Program
Netball
Boys and girls in Years 3-6 are selected to take part in Netball competitions and gala days across the school year
Football
Boys and girls in Years 3-6 are selected to take part in Rugby Union and Touch Rugby competitions across the school year
 AFL Boys and girls in Years 3-6 are selected to take part in AFL competitions across the school year
Cross Country
Cross Country Training is offered to students who wish to train during the cross-country season. Students of any age group can attend training.

Representative Opportunities: Selected students represent St Peter's School at various State, Regional and Catholic sports events.

 

Music Immersion Program

The Music Immersion Program (facilitated by Creative Kidz on Stage) offers an opportunity for all children from Prep - Year 6 to learn a musical instrument (Guitar, Drums or Keyboard) for one term each year, with specialised music tutors. Children have the opportunity to continue learning this instrument throgh the parent paid Instrumental Music program, whcih is also facilitated by Creative Kidz teachers.

 

Instrumental Music

All lessons are offered onsite through the following providers

Choir

St Peter's has a school choir from Year 3-6. The choir performs at various events including whole school, parish events and local community events.

 

Dance

Students from Prep to Year 6 will participate in dance lessons (term 4) conducted by Creative Dance Industries.
