| Welcome to our website......
St Peter’s School is a co-educational Catholic Primary School established in 1976 by the Presentation Sisters. It is now well established with modern facilities and set on 5 spacious hectares in the heart of Brisbane’s rapidly growing south-east. The buildings are strategically placed to preserve the beautiful park-like grounds. St. Peter’s has a current full time enrolment of approximately 400 students from Prep through to Year 7, and a staff of approximately 35 made up of full time, part time and specialist teaching and non-teaching members.
Administered by Brisbane Catholic Education, St Peter’s School has access to a network of professional development, support staff and shared resources. The school provides an authentic experience of Catholic Christian community by promoting Gospel values within our school and the wider community.

PREP ENROLMENT INTERVIEWS
I am currently conducting Prep enrolment interviews for next year. At present we have 61 applications and places are
filling fast. If you know of anyone who is interested in a placement for Prep 2013 at St Peter's and have not completed
the enrolment forms, please encourage them to do so as a matter of urgency. Click here for more information and to download the Enrolment Application form.
It is reassuring to hear positive feedback about the character of St Peter's and our reputation in the community from
prospective parents during these interviews. Overwhelmingly the welcoming nature of members of our school, the
balance of academic, sporting and cultural opportunities and the fantastic facilities are commented on most. I believe we
have much to be proud of at St Peter's, and the feedback given through these interviews validates this.
YEAR OF GRACE
The Catholic Bishops of Australia invite us to take part of a spiritual journey known as the Year of Grace. This will be a
time of prayer, reflection on God's Word, celebration of liturgy and rediscovery of God's graced presence in our
everyday lives. It begins on Pentecost Sunday (27 May).
The Year of Grace connects with our daily lives in practical and ordinary ways. For more information see the Year of
Grace website -http://bne.catholic.net.au/asp/index.asp?pgid=12055
